My town, Pak Kret locate near Bangkok, only 20 KM from Golden Palace. It's crowd and noisy. We call Bangkok vinicity area. I also can not read Kanji alphabbet. But I can speak Japanese a little bit.
Pak Kret is not a town but it's big city in Nonthaburi provnce. It'a the same size as Ching Mai, Had Yai City. There ar about 200 thousand people live here. In Thailand we have 23 big city in clude Pak Kret. Big city in Thai is " Tessaban Nakorn". It means Metropolitan Municipal. Any city that has more than 50000 people will name Metropolitan Municipal in Thailand. But anyway, most of Thai poeple live in country side or out side municipal area.
