庭園不感症 The insensitive to the garden

土曜日、久しぶりに会社を休んで山陰へドライブに行きました。
I was absent from a company after a long absence on Saturday and went to Sannin for a drive.

行き先は足立美術館。
The destination is the Adachi art museum.
ここで一番恐れていたことが起きました。
What I was afraid of most was generated here.
たくさんの素晴らしい庭園を見て回ったせいで、足立美術館の庭園に魅力を感じられなくなってしまったのです。

By the result that I went around to see a lot of splendid gardens, I couldn't feel charm in the garden of the Adachi art museum.

変わらず手入れが行き届いていて美しいのですが、その塵ひとつない落葉ひとつない姿が、なんだか造花のようで生命力を感じられないのです。
It was well-kept as ever, and it was beautiful, but the state having neither the dust nor the fallen leaves seems to be an artificial flower, and it is not felt vitality.
同じように塵ひとつなくても、京都で見た枯山水は生きていました。
There are not a dust and the fallen leaves at all likewise, but the garden of Kyoto lives.
その違いが何なのか、うまく説明できないのですが。。
I cannot explain a difference well.

帰りは遠回りして、立ち寄り温泉の「おろち湯ったり館」へ行きました。
I made a detour for a return and went to "the hot spring of Orochi".
入浴料500円！　安い！　※タオルは付いていません。
Bathing charges 500 yen! cheap! ※without the towel
プールが併設されているので子供率高し。
Because there is the pool, the rate that there is the child is high.
お子さんのいる方にはオススメですね。

It recommend for parents with their children.

注意事項として、お湯が軟らかくヌメりがあるので、床が滑りやすいです。
As the matters that require attention, the hot water is smooth softly, so the floor is easy to be slippery.
お子さんやお年寄りは特に注意しましょう。
A child and the old person will be careful in particular.

足立美術館では今、同じ画題を墨絵と色絵で描いた絵を比較して展示しています。
It exhibit a picture of the same theme painted by a sumi and a color for comparison in Adachi Art Museum now.
なかなか面白い趣向ですが、画家にしてみたら決して気分の良いものではないですね。
It is an interesting idea, but it is not a good-natured method for the painter.
正直言って、悪趣味です。
To be frank, it is bad taste.

単独展示の作品には、画家が取材や対談などで表した言葉が添えられていました。
The words that a painter expressed by coverage or a conversation were attached to the work of the exhibition alone.
印象に残ったのは、女優朝丘雪路さんのお父様伊東深水さんの言葉でした。
The words of Shinsui Ito of father of actress Yukiji Asaoka were impressive.

「絵は腕と腹で描くもの。腹というのは精神すなわち心。近頃は頭と手先で描く人が多い」
"You must paint the pictures by an arm and mind. Mind is namely a spirit. Recently many people are painting it by a head and the fingers. "

絵に限らず、伊東氏存命の頃より更に、頭と手先による創作物は増えています。
As well as a picture, the creation things by a head and the fingers increase more from the time of Mr. Ito living.
それゆえ、魂をゆさぶるような近代作品に出合うことは滅多にないですね。
That is why it is rare to come across the modern works shaking a soul.
