ハーブビネガー herb vinegar

昨日ハーブ・アロマテラピー専門店「生活の木」でハーブビネガーなるものを買いました。
I bought herb vinegar at "a tree of the life" of a specialty store of herb and the aromatherapy.



ラベンダーを漬けこんだお酢で、通常の料理酢よりマイルドです。
It was the vinegar soaked a lavender into, milder than the normal cooking vinegar.



乳酸の出やすい体質の私は、運動後にお酢を飲んでいます。
I have the predisposition to always making lactic acid, so I take the vinegar after exercise.


１０倍に薄めても、やっぱり普通の料理酢ではキツイ。（当たり前だろ！）
The normal cooking vinegar is strong even if I dilute vinegar to 10 times with water. （Naturally!）
