金地院 Konchi-in Temple

昨日訪ねました。
I visited here yesterday

小堀遠州が作った確証のある庭園です。
It is a garden with the conclusive evidence which Enshu Kobori made.

「鶴亀の庭」
"The garden of the crane and tortoise"

小さな岩山が亀島。
Small rock mountain is the tortoise island.

中央に敷かれた岩は遥拝石。
A rock spread centrally is the worship place.

立っている岩のあるのが鶴島。
A rock standing is the crane island.
